Sessions prior to lunch consist of information from government departments, such as Arizona Department of Education, and topics of general interest to all users. After lunch, users are encouraged to meet with their software vendor and other users who share that software, for the purpose of sharing unique software features, reporting software issues, requesting software enhancements, and other software unique discussions.
