AzEDS Calendar Deadline
On July 12, 2018, School Finance relaxed the calendar deadline to 8/31/2018 for uploading and certifying calendars in AzEDS. 8/31/2018 will be the absolute last date an LEA can modify, delete, or certify calendars.

ESS Private Placement Calendar Information
Chris Brown and the ADE ESS Team were able to publish all Approved Private Day School and Residential Treatment Center calendars on the Exceptional Student Services website under the Private Placement tab. This provides an expandable list by type for these entities and the calendars provided for this year. ESS continues to work with Head Start programs to obtain and publish those calendars from all the programs across the state. Please look for a letter from ESS later this month with additional information on the website.
