Charter High School Principal Job Summary: The principal will direct all programs and activities at the school with the goal of increased student achievement. The principal is responsible for the administrative operations of the school, including instructional leadership, and directing the improvement of instructional effectiveness. The principal is also responsible for all school staff certified and classified. The principal will assist in guiding staff towards appropriate professional development activities and help staff with classroom management. The principal will be a leader and be involved with the management of school policies, family and community outreach. Additionally, the principal will be aware of School, State, and Federal education polices and report requirements.
